The New Inn is an Historic Inn dating from 1743. With Inglenook Fireplaces, Flagstone Floors, original beamed ceilings and bags of character. The New Inn has a fine reputation for its culinary offerings, due to its location at the foot of Newtown Estuary, fish dishes have become its speciality and The New Inn enjoys many accreditations and features in yachting journals and coffee table magazines.

Walk
A very easy walk on the flat. Expect muddy fields approaching the estuary at wet times of the year. A shorter 40 minute walk leading down to Shalfleet Quay and back.
